Branching scenario with real state
Four decisions, two tracked variables, conditional choices that depend on earlier ones, and five distinct endings that all teach the same point. Built as a custom HTML block inside Rise: a JavaScript state machine, meters drawn and animated in code, and every decision reported back to the LMS.

What it demonstrates
- Branching driven by tracked variables, not just slide links
- Choices that appear or disappear based on earlier decisions
- Five endings that converge on one teaching point
- Per-decision reporting back to the LMS
How it was built
- About 580 lines of JavaScript and 670 of CSS, written for this piece
- A state machine carries both meters and a set of hidden flags, which is what opens and closes the later options
- Meters are SVG, drawn and animated in code rather than swapped images
- Every decision reports to the LMS through the block's tracking API
