Branching scenario with real state
Most branching demos are a chain of links dressed up as decisions. This one tracks two variables across four decision points, so later choices appear or disappear based on what you did earlier, and five distinct endings all land on the same teaching point. Built as a custom HTML block that reports each decision back to the LMS.

A job aid, not a course
Not everything should be a course. A complaint handler at a medical device manufacturer needs the right answer at the moment they are deciding, not training they sat through last quarter. This takes four questions and returns an FDA determination and an EU one, each with its own clock, plus a record for the complaint file. Built from public regulation, with a printable reference and an honest stop where the call needs a human.

Beyond the Course
A course about how courses get made, which makes it the clearest statement of how I work. It walks the decisions behind effective eLearning: what the learner needs to be able to do differently, then the content, interaction and design choices that get them there, demonstrated across six industries.
You do not have to work through all of it. Navigation is unlocked and the menu stays open, so you can jump straight to the industry closest to your work and skip the rest. Each one stands on its own and most run three to six minutes.
